At WOW we believe that children need to be active everyday to stimulate growth and physical health for their well-being.  Physical activity also improves self esteem and focus and strengthens cognitive skills.  Students at WOW have many opportunities to engage in physical activity through PE and our sports programs as well as during recess time.
